Good Evening, or Morning, depending on when you read this!

I'm actually a Corporate Pilot for a major Private Charter company. I've flown so many wealthy people and gotten to know some over the years. I decided that the money in Aviation is good, but it's never good enough to afford a ride in the back of these private jets.

I don't know how well I'll do, but I have a lot of free time and get to travel around the world, so I'm hoping to start finding a lot of clients and work with them. I'm starting out with Series 65, and we'll see how it goes from there.

Hope to meet, or fly one of you guys soon!

So you are going to be an FA while being a pilot?

Sounds a bit whimsical

My flying job is a 8 on / 6 off rotation. During the 8 days on the road, we have ample time where I can call / email / take care of whatever I need to do.

During my long and extended stays, I plan on networking and finding new clients.

Eventually I hope that I can stop the flying job and keep going with finance. I have a great mentor, and I'm relatively young so I have ample time to have a nice career with this.

I love flying, but the lifestyle doesn't fit me...

I went from a flying job, USMC, to full time FA.  I just finished my second year in the FA business and the hours have been comparable to still being active duty.  I couldn't imagine trying to start a career as an FA trying to juggle two careers at once.

Best of luck.
