Nicely done Cyrus.  Only took me eight years to pass all three.

I'll be starting next year, I'll be posting questions about the process in around December.
I sort of give a fuck.

PM me if you have L1 Q's, I am gearing up to start study for L2 in June. I took the UBS deal and will be moving in December so after that closes I am going to retire the RipRock handle on here.

I think the material on L2 is more difficult, but the way the questions are worded and the presence of essays make L3 more difficult to pass.

I actually failed 6 out of 11 essays on the morning session, but did extremely well on the multiple choice afternoon session which is what allowed me to pass.

I've just committed to the June lvl 1 test.  So, I appreciate any help you all could give as well.  One thing I was hoping to find was an audio book/file of the material.  I listen to audiobooks while I workout/drive and was hoping to capitalize on that time for study.

I tried that but the data is so visual I found the audio books lacking.

Yeah.  Most people (67%) are visual learners.  I am an auditory learner, so it actually worked better for me to listen to them.

I always wanted to do the CFA, but with my outlook on the industry, it serves no purpose for me. I won't relocate to a city to work at an investment bank, private equity, etc., and the CFA do much for me when I'm originating mortgages in 15 years, so why bother.

But still awesome that you guys have it / are getting it.
