I have my 6, 63, Life, and Health license. I've done well getting 401k Rollovers in my first year.
I love the business, love learning more about it, and cant wait to just have fun, work hard, and make lots of money!

Yes, I've already started studying for my 7.
I've also been dabbling, spending a couple hours a week studying for the CFP. I figure if I start studying now for the CFP, I will learn tons of information to use for my practice but I'll be prepared to take the exam immediately when I hit my 3 year mark in the industry (i believe you have to have 3 years industry experience to sit for the exam).

If you're planning on studying for the CFP over three years you're going to forget most of what you learn by the time you take the boards. Study faster, take the boards and then use the designation when you hit three years in the industry. JMO |
