Was recommended to this forum.  About 3 months into production at a wirehouse.  Have been mostly focused on approaching more from a service side than product.  Knew it would be difficult, but even more difficult than I imagined.  Some success, close to $1MM AUM, but mostly from warm network.  Thinking of moving pitch to more product than service, hopefully with more success....

I don't know if your approach is right or wrong, I do know that 3 months is not enough time to make that determination.  Don't be so quick to think it is not working.  On average it takes more than 6 months for prospecting to bear fruit.
