Hello. While searching for some prospecting ideas, I came across a blog and msbroker had commented on and recommended this site. I've been an FA for 10 years and a producing manager for the past 6. I'm looking forward to viewing your forum, getting some ideas, and hopefully sharing some too.

Great! Since you have been a manager, outside of being given family money or gifted an office with assets already, what have been the keys to success for rookies from a tactical perspective in your opinion. What is it that they do that separates them from the rest?
