Several members here requested I join the forum. Thanks for the invite.
 
I've posted for a while at RR Forum under the same ID.
 
I've been licensed since 1992, have worked for several wires, a couple banks, and now very proud and happy to be independent since Spring of 2009. Just crossed our two year anniversary. 
 
I do mostly hnw investing for retired folk, lots of general securities, no fee based. I'm the Sr. Partner of a 3 person shop.  
 
I'm in the final stages of a serious, bizarre, crazy Finra arb case, and I will be more revealing about myself when that comes to an end, hopefully before the end of the summer.

For anyone that is leaving a firm, hopefully I can help a person like that with some good advice. Or, if you get caught up in the legal machine, how to defend yourself, and deal with lawyers etc.
 
I've viewed this entire legal episode of my career as "exciting" instead of as a terrifying event. Good advice from my Father.
 
From anyone that knows me from the other forum, I'm pretty blunt and straightforward, while trying to remain courteous to others.

x7, yeah, I can't wait until the mud turns to grass. Hard not to get excited about golf after the Masters, and especially after such a good tournament.

That Masters was fantastic, I went out and bought a new golf bag later that day since it was raining. Patriotic duty to consume mass culture and stimulate the economy - and I already found out the hybrid carry bag works pretty good on nine holes. ( Walk nine, ride 18s).
 
A separate compartment for every club. Focus.
