   Just wanted to introduce myself, new to the forum. Found it on google, and have learned quite a bit in a short time. I am a recruiter for an independent BD (alright, stop the hissing). Initially worked as a banker for a national bank, have my 6, 63, and 65. I joined this forum to learn more about FA's. Specifically, I would like to find out more about the issues and challenges you may face as an adviser.

	Cool. That was actually going to be my first guess. If you get bored and want to post some info on NEXT in the vendor section, that would be awesome. Congrats on being listed as a top indy b/d by the reg rep survey.
