24 year old new to the site

I currently work in the private bank of a large bank as a wealth manager/portfolio manager but I have dreams of starting my own RIA in the next 5 years.

I have my life and health license, and am currently studying for the CFA. I passed Level I last year and am taking Level II this year. I may still consider the CFP after I'm done, but I still have 2 (hopefully) years until then.

I'm really just here to absorb as much info as possible and to hopefully learn from discussions on this board. I've begun working on the details of my business plan as well as creating some modules in excel.
