Hello everyone-  Obviously, I'm new to this board and looking forward to getting some good ideas from the AH participants and if I happen to have any myself, I'll be sure to pass them along.  I've been licensed in the industry for almost 3 years now.  I started out at wirehouse and am now in a situation where I may be making a move to independence.  Anyway, hello to all and looking forward to participating in the discussions.

Good catch...  No, I left the industry for a period of time and am looking at getting back into the biz.
