thanks, GP. I used to check out RR forums periodically, but that thing flat-lined a while ago. I was able to find this through hints on that site. As for what I'm hoping to find--like most I imagine, I am not doing nearly enough prospecting, so am always looking for tips, advice, etc, to keep my little business growing.
