Hi everyone,
I'm new to the forum here and this is my first post. Ive spent a while lurking all the threads and have found some good value (and comedy!) out of a lot of the content here. Thank you to everyone that helps support this channel and I look forward to learning from you all. Here's a short background on myself: Im a rural EJ advisor in the midwest, roughly 11 months post can sell. I'm loving the process thus far, and look forward to learning from you all. Any help is appreciated. Thank you!

I'm not sure which of these questions to actually take serious, so I'll address those I deem as most important
1: 40 time - I once drank 2 of them taped to my hands in 3 minutes in college, but I'm out of shape now so I am probably a 6 minute guy for one. 2: Pronouns - I preferred to be referred to as "The Man", and if you refuse you're violating my rights and practicing hate speech. 3: Political Quadrant - It's a spectrum, my views can't be placed into 1 "quadrant", how dare you.

AUM: 25ish million - started with a 9.5 mill "pooled goodknight" around a year ago
So far it's going great, I've always wanted to be an advisor and am loving it. Love making new friends and helping people out every day. Ended up at Jones being recruited by an existing FA, I was in a different career prior. I am in a "legacy office", and yes there is a picture of Ted. Pronouns answered in prior post

Thats tough, I don't know how to access the data but its my assumption that the MF I select at the highest frequency among its sector is either JPM Equity Income, or Victory Sycamore Established Value. This is not saying that I have the most assets in these, but given their respective sectors/weightings its my belief I choose to incorporate these funds at a higher frequency over their peers. Thats on the MF side of things, I use lots of ETF's as well.

Hold up. They gave you $10M with zero experience... and then you brought in $15M in your first 18 months on the job? What were you doing beforehand? How have you been finding clients?
