Hello my name is Jeff and I am a rookie to the industry. I am very interested in how people communicate with the words they use, and their body language. I am beginning a career with Investors Group in Canada and I have had a few months of experience working at the Canadian home office of Edward Jones.  
I am looking forward to learning more from the posters of these forums.
