It’s a sales gig shnooby2.  Sorry. 90% sales. 10% financial advice for a long time

Because of stupid forum rules, I can’t post in your thread to tell you that. But IAL can 😂

On the bright side, I wasn’t good at sales. One of the most successful guys on this board says all the time he is not (or was not) good at sales. He probably made 700k last year. You MAY get better. Unfortunately, this is a big unknown. I will say persistence > sales and EJ is the right place for you to start, but they have tightened up hiring since covid

Edit - EJ was the right place to start.  Not sure they know what they are doing with newbies post covid. TBD

Yes, sales or asset gathering abilty is what makes the $$ and Jones has figured that part out.

Do they offer the type of indepth planning you would get from someone like MO, hell fucking no. But jones doesnt charge for planning, they get paid on assets.

But the good salesmen become asset gatherers and can make a great living through offering investment services.

More assets=more $$$ = better sales skills

Collect assets, collect paychecks
