Thought I've done this, but greenhorn is the only place I can post so here I go. Clearly I don't interact enough but I haven't missed all the fun here! Have an advisor that will be joining my office to pretty much just share space but will be operating under my brand. Question for those who have done this before since I have not, is what type of agreements should I be considering outside of the typical lease and split-agreement if there happens to be collaboration down the road? I feel like there should be more than just "you pay this for the space" since their name is going to be under my flag, website, etc. They are clearing with same BD and under same RIA (hybrid). |
