I'm licensed and work for a small broker-dealer / IA headquartered in the midwest with more offices across the country than there are McDonald's -- or so we brag. AUM, let's say "north of $50 and south of $100" and call it good. Gross, let's say "not nearly enough and not as much as it should probably be, given AUM" Dean aka Not the smartest guy in the room

We have some winners! Jones? Yes. Strip mall? Yes. Dry cleaners? Yes. Chinese restaurant? No, but teriyaki (and they sell Chinese food). Crossfit? No, but fitness, yes! And, massage parlor? No, but nearby. Liquor and marijuana are in a different building; not ours. At least I will never want for food or a way to burn off the calories as long as I'm in this strip mall! Dean Wormer
