I'm not an EJ guy so I don't know too much about this kool-aid that I hear everyone talking about. What's funny to me is how you guys slam them, yet thank them for the knowledge and opportunity they gave you in the industry. Oh, and Welcome Dow. It's a good forum.

| We've got 20 people in my region right now who should probably be doorknocking every day. I'm in a metro market, but still that's a ton of folks doorknocking. So, yes, three might be a pipe dream for me. |
