I'm licensed and work for a small broker-dealer / IA headquartered in the midwest with more offices across the country than there are McDonald's -- or so we brag.

They need retirement planning, too.  I just prefer to work with chains, because there are more assets to uncover.  Plus, chains.  What's not to like?

We have some winners!

Jones? Yes.  Strip mall? Yes.  Dry cleaners? Yes.  Chinese restaurant?  No, but teriyaki (and they sell Chinese food).  Crossfit?  No, but fitness, yes!  And, massage parlor?  No, but nearby.

Liquor and marijuana are in a different building; not ours.

At least I will never want for food or a way to burn off the calories as long as I'm in this strip mall!
