As someone who stayed away from the political threads, I have no idea what is going on.
Can someone explain what's been going on?
Mo - thanks for running this forum for all these years and moving us away from the old rrep forum. I'm sure it's been a pain in the ass at times - but thank you.

After I had asked TWICE for it not to happen anymore.

I was looking into the “racist appraisal story” and came across a forum of appraisers. They had all the same arguments we had here, but were just nicer in their tone and the slams were quite as obvious
It made me laugh. “A professional community” and were less professional than even the Wall Street bets subs. About what you would expect with a bunch of salesman with big egos

The anonymous nature of the forum leads to alot of the BS. That and it's been part of the culture since day 1. Mostly because of the idiot from Texas made it necessary.

Moraen is mad because we made fun of Conrad who is affiliated with a group who has certain accusations against it, which Moraen and Conrad hammered a certain ex president for relentlessly. It wasn't one warning. It was two asks and THEN a warning.
