First post. Ha ha, this forum software looks familiar.
I'm an RR looking to go RIA, wanting to keep the insurance licenses and affiliate with a GA to be able to do fixed insurance products. Your public RIA thread is excellent, some generous sharing and comraderie, but the colored ink digressions into leveraged real estate are a little over the top. :).
I know enough to take on the role of Shy Ronnie when first appearing in the room with Rihanna:

Thanks, I enjoyed following your posts over the years and still have much to learn. It has been amazing to watch the transformation of forum and advisor, we have all been through a lot and Mr. Market continues to 'metamorph' us all. |
